Custom roles and permissions
Legora now supports custom roles and permissions, giving organizations more control over user access. Admins can define role-based permissions, standardize access across teams, and reduce manual, user-by-user permission updates.
We recommend Admins review the Roles & Permissions page to set up access according to your needs. For organizations with the Auditor role, the default permissions have been slightly downgraded to better reflect the roles essential permissions.
iManage integration: refresh token support
Legora’s iManage integration now includes refresh token support reducing how often users need to re-authenticate. This improves day-to-day usability and decreases admin/support burden without compromising security.
Data retention for projects
Admins can now set a data retention policy for projects, specifying how long a project can be inactive before it's removed (based on most recent activity, not creation date). If enabled, retention notification emails now go to the resource/project manager.
