Admins can now set a data retention policy for projects, specifying how long a project can be inactive before it's removed (based on most recent activity, not creation date). If enabled, retention notification emails now go to the resource/project manager.

Tabular reviews in organization databases

Tabular reviews can now be created in organization databases, so the review sits with the shared document set instead of living inside a walled-off project. This enables firm-wide reviews or cross-matter work, rather than being limited to a single set of project users.

One common use case is knowledge lawyers tracking and documenting practice area precedents inside an organization database.

Admins can now show in-app announcements when users open Legora, including Portal users. Configure message content, audience, frequency, and see active/inactive status for each message. This is useful for maintenance notices, policy reminders, and onboarding guidance.
