Overview
Legora has an integration with DeepL, which allows you to translate both text and documents on the Legora platform.
Translating Text
Using the Legora assistant, you can ask Legora to translate text for you by prompting it to translate text that is included in a Legora prompt.
Out of the box you will also find access to a Legora translation prompt available in the Prompt Library. To access it:
Open a new thread;
Select 'Prompts' above the chat box;
Filter for the 'Translation' Prompt;
After adding the prompt to the thread, specify the target language and include the text to be translated.
Translating Documents
Legora can also translate documents that you've uploaded to the platform. You can do so in two different ways:
βTranslating an Individual Document
Open the document from the 'Documents' panel on the left;
Select the 'Translate' button in the top right corner;
Select the target language.
The document will then be translated and downloaded to your computer in its original file format.

You can also attach the document to the Legora assistant and ask it to translate the document or a series of documents, which will then be saved to your project.
