Overview

In Legora, Projects are essential for organising and managing your work efficiently. By grouping related tasks and materials, projects help keep everything structured and easy to access. From the Legora homepage you can see a list of all your current and past projects, so you can seamlessly switch between them or start a new one whenever needed.

Working within projects not only keeps your workflow organised but also makes it easier to set clear tasks and focus on specific goals. With all relevant materials in one place, you can work more effectively and stay on top of your priorities.

View All Projects

From Within an Existing Project

Click the name of the project that you are currently working in in the top left corner, and you can then scrolls through all of your projects and the projects that have been shared with you. You can use the search bar to search by project name.

From the Legora Homepage

In the Legora homepage you will find all of your projects. You can then select a project by simply selecting the tile. You can also create a new project from the screen by pressing '+ New project'. If you want to filter projects, you can select 'Private' to display all private projects or 'Archived' to display all archived projects.

You can also search projects by name;

Creating a New Project

To create a new project:

  1. From the Homepage: Select the '+ New project' button available in the top right of your list of projects;

  2. From Within a Project: Select the project name from the top left corner to open a dropdown list of your projects, then press 'Create New Project'.

Document Organisation within Projects

When you upload a document to a specific project, it stays within that project, separate from documents in other projects. This keeps related information organised and makes it easy to find what you need. The same applies to chats and tabular review β€” a chat or tabular review that is run in that project will not appear in others.
