Overview
Tabular Review helps you easily review and analyse large amounts of legal documents by organising everything in a table format. Tabular Reviews are essentially smart spreadsheets, where each column is a prompt. Rather than needing to write one long prompt, you can create multiple columns with key questions for Legora. For example, you might use Tabular Review to:
Create a court case summary;
Review loan agreements;
Extract information from Shareholder's agreements;
Batch review employment agreements.
Create a New Tabular Review
You can create a new tabular review by:
Pressing the '+' button on the lefthand side Tabular Review row; or
Select 'Tabular Review' then press 'Create New Tabular Review'.
You can then select your first column and provide the following details:
Format: Select the format that you'd like Legora to respond with.
Label: The name of the column.
Prompt: Here you can provide more detail about what you are expecting Legora to find.
Next, upload a document from the 'Documents' panel on the left of your screen. You can upload an unlimited number of documents and can also have an unlimited number of prompts, with a maximum limit of 10,000 cells.
β
Legora will start extracting the information from 5 documents to begin with, and by selecting 'Run All' the rest of the cells will be processed.
Templates
Struggling for inspiration? Legora will provide a number of Tabular Review templates out of the box. You can access templates by:
Selecting 'Tabular Reviews' on the left then viewing available templates, then selecting 'Use Template';
Click 'All Templates' from within the 'Tabular Reviews' tab and search for a relevant template, then select 'Use Template';
From within your new Tabular Review, select 'Templates' > 'Use Template' to view a list of templates.
