Overview

When a project is shared with another user, they will also get access to the Tabular Reviews that have been generated in that project. This means that you can collaborate with your colleagues directly on any Tabular Reviews that have been run, verifying your answers and updating columns together in realtime.

Active Users

To view who is currently in a Tabular Review, you will be able to see their avatar at the top of the screen or alternatively in the list of tabular reviews.

You can also see which cell their currently editing which is indicated by a highlight and their icon.

Editing Columns and Cells

When editing columns and cells, the column or cell that is being edited by your colleague will be 'locked' (as indicated by the lock symbol) until they have finished editing it.

Reviewing Answers

When you have reviewed a response that has been generated, you can indicate to your colleagues that you have reviewed that cell by clicking into the cell and clicking the open button.

A right-side panel will appear with more information about how the answer was generated, including reasoning and relevant document references.

From here you can edit the response and mark as reviewed.

You can also mark a full column as reviewed by selecting the three dots in the top right corner of the column and selecting 'Mark all as reviewed'.

If you re-run any of the cells, or edit the column prompt, this will overwrite the answers and remove any of the content that has been reviewed.
