As an admin you are able to view usage statistics of your organisation to see how your users are leveraging the platform.
Accessing Usage Statistics
You can access usage statistics by:
Clicking your profile picture in the top right corner
Clicking 'Admin'
Clicking 'Metrics'
Available Statistics
You are able to see the following statistics about your organisation:
Documents processed;
AI responses;
Usage by user (including the user's name, number of messages with Legora's assistant, number of tabular reviews, and a total of both);
Active users;
Documents translated and the language they're translated to.
Filtering
You can filter the statistics by the following filters:
Dates (last 7, 14, 30, 90 or all time);
Group the statistics by day, week or month;
Department;
Role;
Group.
After selecting your filter, click 'Apply' to update.
