Overview

This page explains how to sign in to Legora Academy and how to get help. Legora Academy is Legora’s training site at academy.legora.com. You don’t need to create a separate Academy-specific account. After signing in with your existing Legora account, you can browse the course catalog open a lesson.
Choose the region where your organization uses Legora. A dedicated address such as https://acme.app.legora.com does not name that region. If you are unsure which region to choose, ask your IT team.

How it works

You sign in on the Academy site with the same region and account you use for Legora.
  1. Open academy.legora.com.
  2. Select region: Choose the region where your organization uses Legora, EU, US, AP, or AU.
  3. Continue to sign in: Opens the Legora sign-in page.
  4. Sign in with your Legora account. If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), enter your work email and finish your organization’s sign-in. If your organization uses email and password, use that same email and password.
Legora may ask you to choose a workspace. Choose the one you use for Legora.

Troubleshooting

These answers cover common sign-in problems.

Can I sign in without an invitation?

Yes. If you have a Legora account, you can sign in. You do not need an invitation. If you do not have a Legora account, you cannot sign in.

Do I need a separate Academy password?

No. Use the account you already use for Legora. If your organization uses SSO, do not reset a password on the Academy site. Enter your work email and finish your organization’s sign-in.

Why did sign-in fail after I chose a region?

Your account works only in the region where your organization is registered. Return to academy.legora.com, choose that region, and select Continue to sign in. If it still fails, email support@legora.com. Include your email address, the region you chose, and the time it failed.
