How it works
Legora Portal is a secure, white-labeled, AI-powered workspace that helps your organization collaborate with external client users in a controlled, permissioned environment. It’s available as an opt-in Beta feature and is typically managed by Admins and Portal managers.
For beta access, contact your Legora representative or send a request to [email protected]. We will help you move onto our new, more secure Global Authentication system and sign a contractual addendum to get started.

Limits and constraints
External client users (Portal guests) only see resources explicitly shared with them.
Sharing is item-specific and not inherited from projects.
Portal creation is typically admin-only.
External client users have restricted capabilities (for example, reduced Assistant tools and UI actions).
Mobile app is not available for Portal guests.
