In the add-in top right corner there is a drawer. Click that and then select the option "attach debugger"
If the drawer is not visible, click on some blank space in the Legora Add In to make the drawer visible.
In the debugger window, click “Application"
Click “Storage"
Check the box for “Including third-party cookies"
Click "Clear site data"
Word for Mac OS - Troubleshooting
Click the “i” which appears in the top right corner
If the “i” is not visible, click on some blank space in the Legora Add In to make the “i” visible
Click “Clear Web Cache”
Click “Reload”
Word for Web - Troubleshooting
Click on your profile picture or initials on the top right of the Legora Add In
Click “Log out”
Log back in to Legora in the Legora Add In for Word.
